Elotes Tartine

A tartine that inspired by mexican dish ' Elotes ' but served on country sourdough with generous amount of white and yellow corns , charred and blanched mixed with aoili, coriander and lime juice and topped with shaved padano, a dash of smoked paprika and chopped parsley.
