Stirred - Kaya (200g)

A traditional kaya made using a grandmother's recipe. Each batch is made by hand, with the sugar darkened to a deep caramel, the kaya custard hand stirred with a whisk, and in very limited batch in order to get the right consistency. Each batch takes approximately 2 to 2.5hrs of stirring.
